We’re raising Meishan pigs, an ancient breed known for its deep, rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture. To us, these aren’t just animals; they’re part of a legacy, a passion that made us want to share something special with people who truly appreciate quality.
From the start, we wanted our Meishans to thrive naturally. So, we traded industrial feed and crowded pens for spacious pastures, where they can roam, root, and graze on a nutrient-rich diet. Each day, we’re out there with them, making sure they live well, knowing that their quality of life means everything to the meat we’re offering you. This isn’t about rushing to market - each pig takes a full 14 months to mature - it’s about raising each animal with respect and letting nature do its work.
